4. Upper body raise - Legs resting on a chair

do this 20 times

5. Whole body raise and stomach tighting by moving legs in the arrow direction

do this 10 times

6. Whole body raise and stomach tighting by moving legs in the arrow direction

do this 10 times

7. Upper Body raise legs resting on a chair try to move across to get tight stomach muscle along the ribs

do this 20 times

8. Upper body stationary one leg rest over other and stomach tighting by moving leg in the arrow direction

do this 10 times
